Returns & Refunds

Should your purchase be defective or damaged caused by delivery process within 7 days from the date of receipt, please contact us at Requests to replacements or refunds are subject to our review and discretion, on a case-by-case basis.

We require the following for such cases:

  • A receipt or your order number
  • Photographs of the package with the delivery bill and the condition of the purchase in the package

Upon confirmation of your request and the required documents, an email will be sent to notify you of the eligibility of your replacement or refund.

Once your request has been verified by our AIR+ Team, the refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Duration of such process is subject to the financial institute that provides your payment service.

If you have not received the refunds within 30 days after refund is initiated, please check contact your bank or payment mode provider. Credit card companies may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
